Audio Files
When you use Audio Console, you may upload audio files or provide URLs to audio files for processing. We store these files solely for processing purposes to perform the requested operations (trimming, format conversion, vocal separation, etc.). Processed and exported audio files are stored temporarily on Amazon Web Services (AWS) S3 cloud storage and are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
Usage Information
We collect anonymous usage analytics to improve our service, including:
- Device information (device type, screen dimensions)
- Browser and operating system information
- Language preferences
- Session identifiers (anonymous, not linked to personal identity)
- Audio processing metadata (format, duration, file size - but not audio content)
- Feature usage patterns (which tools are used, processing times)
What We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- Audio content or actual audio data in our analytics
- File names that could identify individuals (file names are sanitized)
- Location data
- Payment information (our service is free to use)
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process your audio files according to your requests (trimming, conversion, vocal separation, etc.)
- Store processed audio files temporarily on AWS S3 to provide download links

Third-Party Services
AWS S3
Processed audio files are stored on Amazon Web Services S3. Files are stored temporarily and are subject to AWS's privacy policy and security measures. We use AWS S3 to provide you with download links for your processed audio files.
LALAL.AI
When you use vocal separation features, your audio files are processed by LALAL.AI's service. This is necessary to provide vocal/music separation functionality. LALAL.AI's processing is subject to their own privacy policy and terms of service.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track anonymous usage statistics. This helps us understand how users interact with our service. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. All tracking is done server-side and complies with privacy regulations.
ChatGPT/OpenAI
When you access Audio Console through ChatGPT, your interactions are also subject to OpenAI's privacy policy and terms of service.
Data Storage and Retention
Audio files are stored only for processing purposes and are subject to automatic deletion:
- Uploaded source files are processed and then immediately deleted from our servers
- All processed and exported audio files are stored temporarily on AWS S3
- All processed and exported audio files are automatically deleted after 24 hours from the time of processing
- We do not retain audio files beyond the 24-hour period required for processing and download
- Analytics data (metadata only, not audio content) is stored by Google Analytics according to their retention policies
Important: You are responsible for downloading and saving any processed files you wish to keep before the 24-hour deletion period expires. We cannot recover files after they have been automatically deleted.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Secure file uploads using encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Files stored on AWS S3 with appropriate access controls
- Server-side processing with secure temporary file handling
- Regular security updates and monitoring
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data:
- Access: You can request information about what data we have collected
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your audio files (note: files are automatically deleted after processing)
- Opt-out: While we don't collect PII, you can disable analytics tracking if desired
